Academy Five

An academy that trains spied is located in Kansas and little is known about it, even to the faculty and staff. What were the first 4 academies? Why are they training spies? Why I are they training spies for?
There are 3 different roles
Teachers-They teach the kids and are smart to their own right, yet clueless about the true intentions of the school.
Staff-Janitors, Maids, Butlers, etc. They are clueless as the teachers, but have no desire too know.
Students-They don't even know that they are to be trained to be spies. They are selected for their mental and physical talents and abilities.
