12. Crossing Lines

Yesterday, I was a different person:
short sighted, stumbling
in my oldness.
But today I am new,
wrung free of my past mistakes
and hung on the line
from which I might at any moment
fly.

Okay I'm falling pretty far behind now but there's a chance I might get on top of my hectic life and catch up...

No, that's not really the title but I had a Priority 1 call at 2am on Monday night and I'm still trying to remember where I left my sleep.
