"No, it's alright. Loki and I have quite a history." I instinctively run my hand through my hair, thankful for Thor for making him fix what had happened.
(Why am I always like five hours late) I observe the scene before me, deciding to stay quiet. Curiously, I inch a bit closer to try for a look at the spellbook.
"Ah hello child, who might you be?" I take notice of the young boy slowly creeping close to me. I hope my call out to his presence isn't alarming, or scaring for him. Even when looking at the boy, I make sure to keep the corner of my eye on Loki. Of course I know Freya wouldn't let anything happen, as she'd do anything to protect Loki, a trait that does not seem to also follow Thor as much, although Odin has always had a strong preference.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Achilles Niarchos. I am Sif, wife of Thor." I kiss his cheek, bowing respectfully, and I can see a hint of jealousy pass through Freyas face when I do. As much as I love my mother in law, her infidelity has long since made its way to my ears, and I have felt a hint of anger ever since, as I respect Odin so very much because Thor adores him.
I flash a smirk at Alaina and then wiggle my eyebrows at Sif,"Have you two had fun?", I tease knowing my brother though seemingly attractive not only prefers mortals but is not romantic at all and a bit of a brute a bit I kid myself!
I sigh at Lokis comment, choosing to ignore it in favour of announcing what I came here to say. "At the request of Thor, he wishes that all the control that Loki currently has over this ragtag group of Gods be handed over to him. He says, if this is agreed upon he will allow himself to recovering what was lost. He claims this is his blood right as he is the first in line to rule Asgard." I open my mouth to say more but close it when I see Lokis face seething with anger.
I realize how much I've upset Loki, and chase after him when he charges down the road. "Loki!" I call out to him hoping he'll stop. As I'm chasing him the heel on my high heeled shoes snap and I fall down, landing on my ankle wrong. I cry out in pain, gripping my ankle.
I'm panting slightly when Loki calls out to me and I see him come running. I try to stand up but as soon as I put any pressure on my ankle I fall back down, wincing in pain. "I tried to chase you but the heel of my shoe broke. Damn thing."
