Poem 14

i wish i could have written
the words that flow out of me
like blood out of a wound.

i wish i did not fail,
but i have,
and so this is my apology.

Yeah, so I'm not going to try to catch up on NaPo. I've had the time but not the motivation. I might write a few more poems, but I'm not going to try to reach 30. My head's just not in this game anymore.

I'm glad you've written some poems, even though you're not going to go for 30! The way I see it, any poems at all is basically a success. And I've enjoyed following the ones you've posted :)
