Personality: Feminine but determined, too empathetic
History (they do retain their memories): She have flashbacks of her past and can break the fourth wall. She secretly knows she is in a story but pretends not to know, causing her depression.
Magic (powers work too): She had a fountain pen that she takes with her wherever she goes that she can write story elements with. She can extend her skin and turn it into parchment. Only this special paper she can write on to change the world, but if she uses it too much, she will go pale and become weak.

[b] Magic (powers work too): [/b] On her birthday of turning 12, Lake received her powers, which could result in life or death. In this case, death. She became a sort of Demonic Death Angel, controlling who went to Hell and who went to Heaven. She had to either kill them, or wait until they died themselves until she could send them to the place she thought they should go.
[b] Other: [/b] She was born with shoulder dimples, that showed that Heaven and Hell marked her as chosen.
