We haven't done one of these in a while! What's your favorite type of work to review and why? :)

I put novels because I love reviewing novels that I chose to follow, because if I'm following them I honestly enjoy reading them and I'm always looking forward to the next part.

I spend most of my time reviewing novel chapters that I don't know a lot about, which is less fun, but my other favorite thing to review is short stories because I get to read the whole story in one sitting and can comment on it as a whole.
We're all stories in the end.

This is quite obvious for me, but poetry. I've always held a fire in my belly for it and it's a lot of fun for me to analyze and watch others improve on. This doesn't mean I don't love following novels, because it's fun to see a story develop, though I'm partial to poetry mostly because it's the main passion of mine that I have.

There are so many different elements I get to touch on and so many different beautiful messages and images and emotions that can be obtained when reading a poem. It's nice seeing how people improve in their style or what they end up changing over time and how they end up mastering the elements of elegance and emotion that makes the reader relate to the emotional vibes in the poem.

In short, poetry! Always poetry.
