Technically, this is a forum post, though I'm a little unsure of what you're referring to. If you can be a little more specific, I can try to help you out!
Hey there! If you are asking about how to post your writing on here (which we call 'publishing a work'), then on the black bar at the top of the screen there should be the words "Publishing Center" in the middle. Click on "Publishing Center," and it will take you to your Publishing Center, which should walk you through the steps to publishing a work.
