...a brief case, weirdly enough.
"All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost."

The Burning Steppes zone in World of Warcraft

(You are surprisingly the first person to have gotten the connection. No one got it even when Holden Caulfield was my avatar)

Rogue One
Fey he seemed, or the battle-fury of his fathers ran like new fire in his veins, and he was borne up on Snowmane like a god of old, even as Oromë the Great in the battle of the Valar when the world was young. - The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King

"Carry on" sounds like a British phrase. "Caul" reminds me of cauliflower, so - a field of cauliflowers. Thus, Mr. Caulfield is a farmer of cauliflower, and someone is telling him to carry on with his work because gosh darn it they're hungry for some white broccoli.
John 14:27
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.
I do not give to you as the world gives.
Do not let your hearts be troubled
and do not be afraid.

"Storybooks and roleplays are just for fun!" To which I say: of course! But why only "just"? Sometimes fun is found in the full-send. Sometimes fun is found in taking it seriously, and aiming to do it with excellence!
