A lot of my poetry is playlist based, so is my prose. So, yeah, this is a collection of songs I've been "bumping" as of late.

Summertime - Vince Staples
I Want You To Know That I'm Awake/I Hope That You're Asleep - Car Seat Headrest
Les Os - The Unicorns
Small Red Boy - AJJ
Come And See - Protomartyr
Ceremony - Xiu Xiu (cover of New Order song)
Home - LCD Soundsystem

I have hooked my girlfriend on character playlists, hah. I really only have one for my main character, but I listen to it all the time. It's called Determinator.

Spoiler
This is War, 30 Seconds to Mars
Hero, Skillet
Angel with a Shotgun, The Cab
Let the Sparks Fly, Thousand Foot Krutch
Confident, Demi Lovato
Faster, Within Temptation
I Will Now Bow, Breaking Benjamin
My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark, Fall Out Boy
Takedown, Blue Stahli

I don't really have a "general" writing playlist. Just character arcs.

I listened to this really awesome Celtic music compilation the entire time I was writing the climatic battle scene of my novel. It's amazing.

I don't really have a general list, but I do have some songs that I play on loop specifically to write:

Spoiler

Nintendo 64 /or/ Gnaw, Alex G
Beach Life in Death, Car Seat Headrest
Big Bird, AJJ
I'm Serious I'm Sorry, Jeff Rosenstock
Oh Me Oh Me, Ghost Mice

That's all I could think of that really sticks out, I listen to a lot of just albums in whole but these are some of the ones I loop more often.
