To unconfuse myself, I have a few quick questions. The world has become corrupted and someone needs to ring the Chime to reverse it? Am I correct? Normally, people just live with the Chime in the background, but now that Darkness, or the Night has corrupted the land, the Chime is important? And is this the first time this has offered? Just making sure I understand so I don't mess anything up.
The Chimes have always been important. On the lore page it will tell you why but to sum it up. The Church believes that their god lives within the bell tower. The members of the church spend their entire lives dedicated to the church's ways in hopes of being taken to His realm within the tower after their death. In addition to that, the bells are the only things the darkness (or the Night, their interchangeable) are afraid of.

So Scirae, or Rae from now on, is going to be a battle cleric, using her faith to imbue Light into the Darkness. She's going to be stubborn in her beliefs, but she also know's that the Lord of Chimes is probably just a person, but she also owes her life to this mysterious person, and does it with all she has

Update! I'm gonna add a Magic category into the CP so please edit accordingly. Also, once we reach a crucial point (which I will dictate) in the SB, I'm going to be adding some new stuff (magics, faiths, etc...) so if you don't like the choices you have with magic or the idea of having to be part of the Church, then you shall be accommodated. However, as of now all that needs to be edited is the magics category in the CP.

I noticed the magics hint at the idea of an MMO. Are we going to be, in essence, a party? If so, should we be paying attention to the build of our team?
Apologies in advance for double posting, but I was thinking about Rae's Amulet a bit, and I think every person should have some kind of artifact that helps them fight against the Night.
My thinking for this is that, while yes the Lord of Chimes woke us up, I believe that we should have something to keep us awake against the Night.
