Ok, I would be fine putting that explanation in except that... I don't know what it is. Polk supposedly had some kind of alterer plan/motive having to do with the capsule, right?

Yes! I think we were talking about him having some connection with the military, who still want to train dinosaurs for soldier use. Polk could have agreed strongly with this plan, and offered to regain the capsule for the good of his country (while also checking out the island for his own use, or maybe for dino training grounds; who knows).

In any case, once he's dead, the only physical evidence for his motives is probably the capsule itself. At the moment, if we don't decide on any motive for him, the only thing the characters need to figure out is that he had something else up his sleeve and therefore the expedition on Isla Nublar wasn't entirely honest.

Yaay, it's good to see we've got this SB started up again (and I love the new post; well done, @LordZeus. It managed to be exciting, dramatic, and tied together the main plots of the story nicely)!

Okay, so, I'm not sure if I can write a post at once. I'm already expected to write for at least one SB, and my 11th grade schoolwork has proven to be a rather large challenge in and of itself. But, I can hopefully find the time to at least start writing sometime during my next school week. Should I have Nigel see Ax and call for help, or will the amount of time it takes Ax to get there warrant that I post later, or have at least one post in between? What do you guys think?

@TheForgottenKing, are you thinking about posting soon? I'm thinking you should post after Lefty and before Fox, but if you don't have time to that's okay.

Whether or not King can post, Fox, I would think that by the end of Lefty's post, enough time would have passed for Ax to find Nigel.

Agreed! Time and time again, she's proven that she's the master of action scenes. I would have never been able to think of such creative scenarios and death scenes for those two characters.

The doors took their time, leisurely closing with grace as if it didn't know a fourteen thousand pound dinosaur was about to end them all.
