Well you've obviously heard of it, otherwise you wouldn't mention it, but I digress. Anyway, I've walked out in 30° weather in shorts and a t-shirt, I think. And I was on the deck without shoes on, -11 wouldn't be that bad, as long as you weren't out there for more than a minute. Once you get down that cold, you need to come inside after about half an hour.
