I can't get my work from draft to published

I think I'm just being stupid, but man is it annoying.

I'm trying to publish my story on here, and I first saved it as a draft to look over it, and now, when I go to publish it for real, there is no option but 'save as draft'? Anyone help?

I think the problem is that you don't have enough points to publish a work right now. It costs 200, and you only have 46. You can get more points by doing reviews, though!
