Hey guys, I had an idea which I discussed with Lefty, and would like to run by you guye: Would it be okay with you guys if I enroll Nikko Takumi (under a different name of course) in Silver CreeK? I thought he'd do this to smoke the animorphers out, and would also give him a piece of the action with the others. Thoughts?

Not really @LeftyWriter, Darrin already knows who the animorphers are and is watching them. Nikko only knows Layla and Emma, and would be trying to figure out who the rest are to create an extermination list. I also thought that since both Darrin and Nikko are undercover, it would create an interesting dynamic in their interactions.
@LordZeus, I thought it was more the other way around. Dr. Brooke Hazleton was a spy for the Japanese inside of M.E.L., so wouldn't she have given the Japanese all of their identities? Meanwhile, how would the rebels have learned their identities? Perhaps Mr. Nelson, being a teacher, heard about the lion, monkey, gazelle and fox in school and has managed to put a face to some of the animals that had been at the school (maybe from security tapes?) but they would probably be in the dark on a lot of the details, which is why they capture Cole and Riley after Battle of the Bands.

That's what I thought as well. Maybe its just how I imagined him @LordZeus but wouldn't Nikko be too old to enroll in a high school? I doubt any military would enlist someone so young in the first place, especially to go on such a vital mission. On the other hand, having a younger member is useful for undercover missions like these. And it would make it easier to find them and give them an advantage of having someone already there when it comes time for the rise of Soldier Riley. And seeing as Jackson was their first attempt at something like that, they could be sending him in to scope out a better candidate for the experiment as well.
Since no one else seemed interested in posting, I went ahead and posted the Battle of the Bands post I wrote awhile ago. It doesn't quite line up with the Jackson stuff since I wrote it before that, but hopefully it's still okay. Let me know if I should change anything.

Yeah, my post will take place before that. I was going to have Michael pinned by Jackson's "body guards" and then Michael escapes--barely. I forgot but who killed Jackson again? I could use that info in my post.

Posted! Its mainly a re-telling of Lefty's post, but in Emma's POV. This post is a big impacting moment for Emma's character because she now knows when being alone is right vs wrong. Expect her to be a little braver from now on.
