Are You Dressing Up For Halloween?

I haven't decided as of yet, but I really want to find someone who will go as Marty McFly and Doc Brown with me. Then we can be like, "Great Scott! The Delorean's malfunctioned and we've been stuck in 2015 for ten days!"

In America, we usually dress up and go to parties and go around and get candy. where I'm from, we don't do anything at school for Halloween, but a lot of people do participate in it after school (the local news announces a time then all of the kids and teens go from house to house and say "trick or treat!") I don't know how this varies from other countries :p

We don't really celebrate it in Finland, but in my international theatre group we have a Halloween party every year. We have a costume contest which people take very seriously - some of them have been preparing/building this year's costume since June, or probably after Halloween last year.

Last year's winner was the girl who dressed up as the weeping angel from Doctor Who (photo).

I was thinking I might go as Magenta from Rocky Horror.

YES! I've been contemplating on a Pixar's LAVA costume idea - for obvious reasons!

To be honest, I'm not dressing up this year. But me and my friends are going to have a movie night.

I'm going to be visiting a college so no dressing up for me. :/

My partner is going as Rapunzel (she's sewing her dress and is using five feet of braided hair extensions) and I'm going as Flynn/Eugene (I need to work on my goatee!).

@Cole --> Since this will look like Robert Pattinson dressing up as Zachary Levi dressing up as a fantasy swashbuckler, I will need gorgeous, forever evidence so that my fandom of you will grow ever-stronger.

I sort of wanted to dress up as Mudkip or Freddy Fazbear this year (I'm a dork).

Why is there no option for "I really want to but here it's not socially acceptable unless you are a small child and my parents will ridicule me."

I am! Well, sort of! I'm working at a haunted castle and I'm going to be dressing up as a pirate and ziplining across unexpecting patrons during the hayride. Awesome, right?
