Although the fact is my country (Indonesia) was the fourth largest producer of Coffee in the world in 2014 The most unusual form of coffee processing is "Kopi Luwak" (Asian palm civet coffee). Kopi Luwak is very rare, and can retail for more than $600 per kilogram. Civet coffee is the most expensive coffee in the world.
