What's your favourite way to travel?

Most of us use at least one of these options for travelling every day. My normal day includes some walking and some riding on the bus. I walk to most places because it's easy and most places I go to are near, but if I'm going further and had to choose a favourite way, I think I would choose the train. Even though taking the plane does mean that I'm going somewhere exciting, I'm not a huge fan of flying, although I'd rather take the plane than the train if I'm going somewhere far away. What about you? When travelling to a distance, do you prefer the independence of a car, or would you rather challenge yourself by hiking or cycling? P.S. I decided not to include things like skateboards or skis or space shuttles, as they either can't take you very far or you can't take them, full stop. ;) Edit: "Car" is not an option because it's not environmentally friendly and you shouldn't drive a car apparently I forgot it. Sorry if this disturbs your poll user experience. I'd edit it and change it but then some people have already chosen something else and they can't change their vote, so. ;)
