Man, I just hate all this drama out in the open. Let's just rename it the Young Hormones Society while we're at it.

I remember when the staff forums were a place for professional discussion about the governance of the site. Now it's just a breeding ground for everyone's personal problems. Like, I hate Meshugenah but you don't see me shouting it from the rooftops. No, I just tell it to her face every few years, like a real man.

Seriously, you JMs are getting out of hand. Got some excess testosterone? Get on a plane and sort it out like real men, as Firestarter says. Honestly. All this bickering on the forums has got to stop, or your positions on the mod squad will be seriously in jeopardy. It's happened before and it will (most likely) happen again.

Just stop making incendiary comments about each other here and get back to the important work of moderating.

All I'm doing is trying to start a discussion over how much we all (most likely) hate Lumi. We could share stories, brainstorm over how to get rid of him, and generally just release some steam.

Bottled up anger is only contributing to your inner turmoil. Releasing all of this from your mind is the only way towards freeing your spirit, and reaching nirvana.

As for 'sorting it out like real men', I plan on it. Yet, it's not like I'm doing this behind his back. He's here, and he can stand up and face the accusations of him being an unlikeable douchebag, and yet.... he's nowhere to be found.
