How to tell you're watching a Disney Movie

No rules except have fun! also No double posting meaning don't post twice in a row please.

Basically all you do is post one way you know you're watching a disney movie. Anything goes guys <3


1. There's a cliche dead parent theme.
Either the parents are dead before the movie even starts or they die sometime in the beginning...It was sad when I was 5. I'd also like to see the parents for once.

2.) When the prince looks good yet is as dumb as a rock.
Example: Snow White's Prince: sees something in the woods, kisses it. What logic is that!

2.) When true love is exemplified as knowing someone for a single day. Then marrying the next day.

When it's normal to talk to yourself.

5. When all the princesses are perfectly beautiful and not a flaw to them.

6.) When 6 feet away is far enough to talk in loud voices without outside parties overhearing.

7. When the characters start to sing, and you end up with one or more of the songs stuck in your head for the entire film and for days after. :/

Totally not talking about Frozen here.

8. When it says "Disney" in the opening credits with like, the castle, and the Disney song playing. That's how I know.

9.) When you wish you could have woodland friends to greet you every morning.

10. When the heroine throws herself onto an object and starts sobbing when she is upset.

(pretty much all princesses)

11. When there's animation that puts all the other animation studios to shame, like Dream Works, Blue Sky, Warner Brothers, and Sony.
I would say more about it, but everyone has already covered it.

12) When the lyrics in the sing-alongs are telling you just to believe, and follow your dreams.

13. The boy characters are either good guys or they're misunderstood criminals there is no in between

When you're struck with the realisation that although a dream is a wish your heart makes, it's still not part of your world.

when you get so warm and fuzzy inside you wanna sock yourself in the mouth
