How about, three characters, three boys, all brothers, and have some kind of gene that turns them into monsters, and its about them trying to fit in the world or something like that?

monsters sounds cool to me. maybe its like a superhero thing where they try to save people. or hurt them. your call xp

I think save, but they don't let us, they need to learn to trust us, and maybe one of us turns evil, but then the other two turn him good or something, name ideas?

eh, good to evil to good sounds cliche, i prefer good to evil to kill him off c;<

Maybe he is evil from the start then he goes good, but actually still bad, then in the end, he really never becomes good, he just asks for forgiveness at the end of the book.

umm something in there genes, that comes to them at the age of 16-21?

perhaps it could be some kind of an ancient curse?

That could work, maybe some spell they read out.

that would add another layer of depth to the story thatd wed need to think out. like what is this magic? where did it come from? is it something everyone knows about or something kept to a specific group?

good question, maybe a specific group, that were all killed, and the three brothers have to re-start the group?
