What a hard question when there are so many options! But here are a few superpowers I've thought I'd like to have.
First one - temperature controlled personal space bubble! So basically you can control the temperature of your personal space so you're always comfortable, never too hot or too cold. And if anyone got too much in your personal space, you could just raise or drop the temp drastically until they got uncomfortable and moved further away.
Another one I've thought would be handy is the ability to be a conjuror. My concept of this superpower is mostly based on the way it works in the Keeper of the Lost Cities series by Shannon Messenger. So basically the way it works is that, as long as you know where anything is, you can just like snap your fingers and make it appear and then do the same to make it disappear when you are done with it. It's nothing super flashy, but it would be really, really handy in practicality.
And finally, perhaps the one I'd settle for if I had to choose just one - I'd want the ability to have any one superpower on command. Basically the power is to have any power, but of course since this would be ridiculous and probably would come with limitations, you could only have/use one superpower at one time. So like, you couldn't simultaneously fly and also disappear, but you could switch your choice of power anytime, based on what the need of the moment demanded. It would admittedly be hard to choose the best one sometimes, but it would be cool to have like a whole buffet at your disposal.
Ability to breathe under water it would make my life so much easier :')

That´s an amazing power. Would love to do that, too. But I think to be faster than light would be fun to travel through space. Provided, of course, I have an astronaut suit.
