Are mainstream vampires dead?

Besides the upcoming Dracula movie, I think vampires are pretty much dead. Not that many people write about them anymore and at this point Nosferatu is unheard of.
What do you guys think?

My novel that I'm getting published in the next six months or so is about vampires. Personally, I love vampires and I'm still buying books about vampires, so no. I don't think they're dead.
