I'm not sure how this belief got into my head, but when I was little I believed that a group of men decided they wanted to meet God so they began to work together to build a latter that would reach the Heavens. But God didn't want that and so he made them all unable to understand each other so that they couldn't work together. And that's how we have different languages. Seriously have no idea where I got that idea from though haha.

I used to think the words for the french version of "Are you sleeping" (or Frère Jacques) had the lyrics:
"Someone's on my tina"
instead of:
"Sonnez les matines"

Instead, he said, Brother! I know your hunger.
To this, the Wolf answered, Lo!

I read about something called cloud bursting.

and for a longish while believed I could do it as well, as I remember often sitting outside attempting to do it on a cloudy day until not a cloud was left in the sky.

I'm not sure if I actually believed it, but one of my brothers told me that if you ate fruit and nothing else for the whole day, it would rot in your stomach

I used to believe that the leaves on the trees were the same things as lettuce, so I ate leaves. And NO ONE stopped me until I was eight.

Well, I had a dream a while ago where I could hover over the ground if I rubbed my knees together, and then when I woke up I was convinced for like an entire day that I could fly if I rubbed my knees together hard enough. I literally practiced in my room XD

But tbh that isn't bad...

My brother until about a year ago believed that there were bananas inside apples XD definitely not courtesy of me

Two things actually...

I used to believe my father is capable of constructing a small UFO for me which could really fly if pushed down the hill big enough...

and that babies are made simply by kissing. Ugh xD
