@methrirr123

Post? I don't know what you want to happen next, and I'd like to post soon.

Or we could just discuss it....

So, puss in boots and donk- I mean, Xander and Annette, have switched bodys. :-)
@NicoleBri You and I shall just have to take in turns posting. I approved your extra character (soz I took so long, I've been on mobile data and form submissions and edits are evil on mobile data,) so we're off :-)
Oh, and Sarris has amnesia now. Thought that would be fun.

Alright, Kollek and Jorgen are like two or three posts away from the quill. Is that okay with everyone? Are we converging on it? What's going on?

I was thinking that Renalf and his entourage would stay where they are. Then Dominic, Kevin, and the other characters will come upon them when searching for the quill

Like seriously, am I the only one who doesn't know where this "quill" came from? I asked about it quite a few posts ago and had no reply.

Sorry if I have an attitude but I am annoyed right now. :\ With other things.

It's time for the Quill to have some history, which I will take upon myself to make up right now.

To the dwarves, it is Torag Ga'iil, or the Quill of Torag. It is more commonly known in legend as the Quill of the Dwarves. The Quill, although warred over during the period referred to the dwarves as the Blood Age, was once used as a symbol, and an artifact, under which many Dwarven tribes were united to fight off the common enemy that was the Orcs and Goblins from the north.

In legend, and myth, it is said that Torag Ga'iil was used by the God Torag, the father of the Dwarves, to write the laws of nature. A corresponding artifact, the Tome of Torag, is also said to exist, but it has never been seen. It is probable that Torag writes in it still, using whatever pen he can find. In reality, the Quill of Torag is simple in appearence: A hawk feather in an iron shaft with a simple nib of bone.

Legend has it that anything written by the Quill of Torag comes to be. It is also said that any name written by the quill becomes immortal, until crossed out either by the quill itself, or by immensely powerful magic.

Currently, the Quill is Locked deep under the ruins of Khazad Grom, a fortress besieged by Orcs. The chamber in which it is kept is locked with extremely powerful magic, that can only be unlocked by a relic of nobility; basically any belonging of importance to a royal dwarf.

@TheWanderingWizard delighted to have you back! Our storyline is lulling a little and the others are getting ahead of us. We have much (happy fun) maze posting ahead of us. As Iuunderstand it we'll be pursued in a maze full of traps and pitfalls (I shall put my GM experience of dungeon traps to use here) and that leads to the Dwarven City, probably in time to find out Kollac and co. have knicked the feather. That sound good?

I am, as of right now, posting another post for Amelina. :) I will be tying her into a post with Annette.

So before someone says anything, like I know some might, yes, I did cuss like 3 times in that one post, but oh well. Cussing isn't a sin and I do it. It's not like it was excessively but that is how Annette talks! :)

Have a good day y'all!

Don't aim at success--the more you aim at it and make it a target, the more you are going to miss it. For success, like happiness, cannot be pursued; it must ensue, and it only does so as the unintended side-effect of one's dedication to a cause greater than oneself or as the by-product of one's surrender to a person other than oneself.
