Hello there. I'm not sure where this idea came from, but I think it's really interesting to do. It's simple, you just need to share a short poem based on the picture(that is, any picture) that you choose and then post them here. Enjoy and get points for each entry!

This looks like it could be really fun!

Did you take the picture yourself or did you use someone else's picture?

Yet as the sun dipped
beneath the clouds
I knew that
never would our
memories become
nevermore.

Spoiler
I tried it. Did I do it right? o.o

I was so used
to the darkness
that when you
showed me
that speck of sunlight
in your eyes,
it scorched my heart
and blinded me
for life.

I ran away
in utter fear,
far too comfortable
in eternal Hell
to even dream
that there could be
a Heaven.

That is why
I let you go.

Spoiler
well, I tried :P

A face to show
A plain wierdo,
Definitely one of a kind.
Yet this was deception,
For it hides perfection,
An absolute giant of a mind.

For when you see through his vise
And ignore his disguise,
You find a man who is not such a goon.
For from his mind
Spring songs of a kind,
Sung to a beautiful tune.

And only this mind
Is of such a kind
To make music the way this man shall.
And it really is true,
That no-one else can do
The wonders of Vivian Stanshall.

You know that studded leather armour in films? Nobody wore that. I mean, how would metal studs improve leather armour?

As I sit and wonder
I think to myself
Why are people so mean?
Just because I'm different
A little special maybe
Sure I may smoke
And look like a dag
But really does all
of that really matter?
I'm no different to you
We are all the same
As I sit and wonder
I think to myself
What has this world come too?

You have to write the book that wants to be written. And if the book will be too difficult for grown-ups, then you write it for children.
