Featured Member for Jun. 8th - 22nd: RavenMoonStone!

Every two weeks, the mods of YWS meet up in our super-secret mod headquarters where we lay out a list of names and place bets. Sometimes we all agree on one person. Sometimes we don't. When we don't, we bring the top two candidates into an arena known as the Featured Member Smackdown where they don't fight each other, but they fight vicious beasts like the Minotaur, the Thing, Nagini, et cetera.

This week's glorious winner is a wonderful, wonderful person. Not only is she a super-friendly person to chat with, but she also goes out of her way to welcome new members on their wall. She also created an alt account called @contestpointpool for the sole purpose of her contest, Review a Day, that of which she is super dedicated to. She is a bright individual who makes YWS a brighter place and I'm honored to call her a friend.

So, I wake up every morning and check YWS. If I don't do that my day is figuratively worse.
I log onto Contest, and check my PMs. Then I see I got a notification. Contest never gets those.

So I see Iggy mentioned Contest in Featured Member. Clicked on the link and saw the name RavenMoonStone.

I dropped my phone, and ran around in my run screaming "Oh my gosh! They are pranking me! I am going to..." I check my phone once more to see if it is true. Then I drop the phone again.

Running down stairs, I bump my younger brother Ricky in the wall. (Ricky. Yes I know it starts with a "R"... My parents did not realize this.)

I go into the basement - where my dad is -, and shout, "I... got... featured... Dad! I got..."

He turns around and looks at me. "Good!"

Then I am freaking out. I could barely talk!
