The Fifth Academy For Heroes In Training [DT]

Is everybody waiting for everyone else to post? 'Cause that's not going to work....

I'd probably have made a post by now if it weren't for uni work. I'll likely post on Monday if no one else does (or heck, even if they do).

Huh. I haven't posted because I have finals. After that, I'm home free.

I HAVE OFFICIALLY FINISHED READING EVERY POST IN THE STORYBOOK! Now if that isn't dedication then my cat's a unicorn (looks over at cat suspiciously from across the room).

Apologies for the long post.

I still need to read all the DT comments, but at least I now know where the story's at! Before I write anything though I kinda want to clear up a few things...


1. Extracurricular Activities
What exactly are all the clubs and stuff? These are the clubs so far from what I've gathered (there might be some that I've missed):

- The Science Club
- The Music Club
- The Swim Team/Club
- The Drama Club
- The Cheer Squad
- The Arts & Fashion Club

It would be cool if we had a list of all the clubs/extracurricular activities and who is in each one, so that it isn't so random. And while we're at it we might be handy to do the same for the courses/blocks/classes. These are just ideas so we don't have to go through with them.


2. Dorm Rooms
I'm a tiny little bit confused as to who is where and where is what around here. What numbered room is each character placed in? And what section (Luigi's Hall or Bowser's Hall)? Again this is what I've gathered (correct me if I'm wrong):

3. The Academy's Facilities
What are all the facilities at the Fifth Academy for Heroes In Training? These are the ones I remember from reading:

- The Pool
- The Arena
- The Library
- The Science Lab(s)
- Money Exchange Office (or whatever @chibibo named it )
- The Headmistress’ Office
- The Dorm Rooms (Luigi & Bowser)
- The Rage Room

(We should add to this list and come up with really crazy awesome things and places that are completely ridiculous and unrealistic)


And Finally...
One last small thing. Because my character is coming in late for the storybook it appears a little difficult and might create a few problems. The characters have all been sorted into two teams, excluding my own character. This made my think.

Jasper (my character) is only just arriving after two weeks, and he missed the big orientation test (which is good for him, cause he would have been mashed like a potato by TJ). I was thinking that, to put a minor twist on this new challenge set out for the young heroes, Jasper could act as a spy for the senior classmen, trying to find out both the teams' plan-of-action. He could also be forced to sabotage the two teams. Jasper could be tested on his spying and secrecy abilities (which aren't exactly mastery) while the other characters hunt down Scirocco.

What's your opinion/s on all of this?

@Aurora99 Oh wow thanks xD I hadn't realised that existed. That helps a lot! And yeah, you should totally draw up a map that would be awesome.

And I was going to send @Lumi a PM about that last idea, but I figured the rest of the participants would want to express their views, or possibly come up with better alternatives/suggestions. Idk.

I'm already working on a map since a few posts before. It's more of a map of the academy's world than the Academy itself, though, so maybe a more detailed plan coul still be made, I don't know.

Anyway. My character (whom I promise i will post for <.<) is still just now arriving. Don't worry, Lumi will probably sort you into a team if he hasn't already xP

In still formulating a post for Kat. Anyone on team KittyKat have any ideas for a gameplan?

@Lauren2010: Lumi mentioned a plan in his post. I guess we start first by gathering supplies; I think we'll be using nature as our bed and the sky as a blanket fro the next few days. And then, I suppose we should start by seeing where the other team is, maybe have someone stealthy trail them... that's all I have.

@AriaAdams: I remember you mentioning that, and I was planning to draw an intricate map of the Academy. But not the entire world; I'll leave that to you. I can draw more intricate maps of each world if you want me to, but that sounds like a lot of work. So unless we absolutely need it, I won't.

Please tell me that team Kittykat isn't actually going to be our name!!!

I think the reason most people haven't posted yet is because they're not exactly sure how to proceed with the whole, "let's go attack a really OP senior" idea. I mean... strategies and all are still up in the air.

@Lauren2010 Team Kittykat should totally invade chat sometime.

I already technically posted for Tahl recently, even though she did't contribute much XD. I plan to whip something up for Jorah soon, but I was waiting to see if the leaders wanted to contribute first...

Same here- waiting for the leaders.. I assumed they knew what Lumi wanted and would lead the charge. XD

Too bad I'm playing quiet dungeon master. :P I may send cheeb and grad buddy a PM with tactical info...maybe.

@therealme: If you want to play that angle, it's fine with me. Just be aware that Jean, Rogue, and Dutchess will probably snuff him out as soon as his usefulness dries up. It could also provoke a second member of the student council to join the fray if the fight sounds fun enough...

Also, after this Boss Fight, there'll be a huge space for fun and actual Academy-ish things that aren't meant for testing purposes.
