@Aurora99- Aria got it right for why the name's different in the doc. It's actually a coincidence that the word for a male child is son in both Scandinavian and English is "son". In Scandinavian, "dottir" is the proper suffix for a female child.

It should be "dóttir" for Icelandic and Old Norse, "datter" for Norwegian and Danish, and "dotter" for Swedish.

I don't think anyone's been meaningfully "left out." I just think some of the writers are having brainstorms. :3

I don't have anything plotted for Walter and I'm cool with that- I'll just have him go with the flow until the plot finds me. its sometimes better not to be nailed down to a plot-line. :3 gives one more opportunity for changing ones mind.
