I know a couple of you recently posted and that's cool. I just need to cover bases.

I'm here, and will try to get a post soon!

I is alive.

I've been travelling between home and my parents house, so I haven't been able to post this past week. I should be able to get to all the many posts I owe on Monday. (That goes for Academy and probably location unknown depending)

Also, I happen to know Shadowlight is without internet until tomorrow night. She was the last to post though.

VampireSenshi alive and kicking! I really like this SB I don't want it to die.

Since you'll all be fighting one of these beautiful people soon, I thought I'd give you a fresh look into Alex, Cassius, and Marla. Credit goes to @SuperNintendo and @Insomnia for their character entries. Enjoy the new character models as well.


Cassius

A native of Elona, west of Terranore, Cassius grew up in a family of engineers. His father was known from well beyond the nation's boundaries for his genius strides in prosthetic appendages. His mother, on the contrary, was a weaponsmith, famous for the steam-release firearm, capable of piercing a man's skull from a range of 100 yards. Cassius served as an apprentice to his mother for years before being swept up into the Elonian Military Academy at age fourteen. He underwent intensive combat training and emerged a master engineer and demolitions expert with the rank of Major in the Elonian Army. At age 24, he defected from his country to serve as a hired hitman.

Marla

Born to a pair of farmers situated on the outskirts of Elona, Marla quickly took on her parents' trade. The work left her with a heightened proficiency in tending to animals, and impressive horseback riding skills. Her burden only grew when her older brother was crippled in an accident while working. A series of bandit attacks led Marla to seek combat training, trading her labour to anyone who could teach her. As her skills grew, she took on students of her own, teaching townsfolk who were also in need of protection from bandits. Her reputation spread as she grew more skilled, until her name was known even beyond Elona. Even her talents couldn't help when Elona was crippled by a draught, leaving her family without any means of income. However, a mysterious man soon came to her family's farm, offering enough wealth to support her family for several years, if she would enter his employ.


Lord

Born to a family of peasents in the Terranore Capital, Alex was ripped from his home at the age of five, believed to be a prophet of god. Raised in the religious order to become the next High Priest, his mind wrapped around the idea of an impressive destiny. He was kicked out of the order in his twenties, the prophecy debunked. Alexander remembers a very twisted version of the story. He moved to Sanctu Rosa, where he founded his own order in the mountains, converting the local population to his ways and collecting their gold for the good of the future. Alex left the mountains, taking his newly gathered riches, to seek out people to aid his cause, where he found--and hired--both Marla and Cassius. Alex received a vision in Eterna's Sanctum of a more beautiful world with a very different man at the helm.

I lied. Family descended so I will have to delay again. But I will post before the end of the week!

Another bone-chilling character will be joining Lord's band soon. There'll also be a post/series of posts dictating their next move, which I hope you all enjoy as much as I will.

Like I said in the PM, I'm really really sorry that I've been so vacant. I've also been trying to hone in on the other group (Lord, Cassius, Marla, Julian, & Cat), and that's not really yielding positive results for me, so I'm gonna muscle through that whole gang and get things going because their part is so important for flavor reading. It's just. Yeah.

Sorry, and stuff, cause the delay is a lot of my fault, like very directly my fault. I hope I can suck less in the future, and yeah. Excitement!

We have our third herald to the Prophet Alexander: The Good Doctor.

His involvement will come in a bit later by ol' @Blackwood.

Other notes for now include the change of spelling in Cassius' name to Casius.

I'm totes still game for the SB. I check the site daily so I'll keep updated on any ideas or things that happen so I can add my two cents and stuff like that.
