Woo, quick timeline question: Does the king actually make it back to see part of the festival, and when would be a good time for Ferri to get drafted? Right after the festival? (if the king makes if back, you know...)

I wanted for the final end of the discussion between the king and the kraken is that the kraken will be allowed to attend the meeting in the middle of the sea, since the sea is his domain (those mermaids like to think they're the rulers, but pshhh).
