Personality: William is the definition of aunt figure. Because of that, he's going to spend most of the time following around all of these children and being like "Why are you doing that, don't do that, that's not smart." That being said, William is mature, a little cheeky, and she's been around a little while, so she's a little more concerned about what's happening on a policy-making level and government level than some of the others might be. She's more slow to reach a decision on bigger issues and feels like you need to take the time to consider all the options.
Appearance: William wears a lot of Hawaiian shirts and slacks during the day, and her style of drag can best be described as a pageant queen, which basically means it's a very regal and artistic style. He's 6 feet tall, white, and is bald, with brown eyes and a very friendly and knowing smile.

Ability: Concrete
Ability Strengths: William can manipulate regular concrete quite easily, as long as he isn't trying to be too complex. He can throw concrete pretty far--a couple yards--and can make simple structures out of square shapes.
Ability Weaknesses: He has a harder time creating concrete, since he's a person who tends to see what's in front of him. He overthinks, and always gets caught up on how much dirt versus water versus stone he needs. If you want it as a metaphor, he's a pastry chef who wants an exact recipe, and concrete is something he should be learning in a cooking class.

History: William Parker has been a lead drag queen at a small gay bar in Atlanta for the past fifteen years, and works as a host every night, as well as performing a few songs. The money isn't much, but it's enough to live by, since it's a pretty popular establishment and people in the area tip great. Throughout that time, William has helped out a lot of the other drag queens, and considers them his chosen family. There have been times when someone has been out on the streets, and the first person they call is William, who always sets them up on his couch. They're a tight-knit community, and most of them don't have supportive family members, which is why they ended up in Atlanta at this bar in the first place. In his younger years, William was a construction worker, but that's not exactly an environment that's friendly to queer workers, so he left, and hopped from minimum wage job to minimum wage job while trying to set up a career in drag--which is famously expensive, given all the wigs and outfits.
Where were you during Quarantine?: William already lived in the inner city, so that's where he was during the Quarantine. They didn't even have to move him; this was his home and his community, and he wasn't going to leave everybody he loved and cared about. The bar tried to keep everyone safe, but it was a very well-known safe-haven for queer people in the area, so they kept open to try to give support to everyone.
What is your stance towards FEDRA?: William doesn't trust the FEDRA, but that's more because William doesn't really feel like any government organization has people's best interests at heart. William doesn't really know if he wants a cure or if he wants the whole world to have the condition; he's kind of caught in-between the two radical ideologies, and trying to hold a community together that is bursting at the seams from violence.

Other: William might already know some of these other people because of the bar. William is a very motherly figure in the queer community in Atlanta, and pretty well-known, so let me know if you want them having a prior relationship, or at least knowing each other! Also, Willy does call everyone younger than her baby when comforting them, even if they are not very young.
Also, for all the violence going on, William is widely-known to be "off limits" to robbery or murder, at least in specific circles, because of his long commitment to working with the less fortunate in the community. He's not going to flaunt that in someone's face if they're threatening him and don't recognize him, though; he's a calm person, and will try to reason his way out of any dangerous situations. He believes all humans are capable of reason and compassion.
