Evripidis

Return to The Champions of Olympus

Creator: Spearmint
Roleplay: The Champions of Olympus
Nickname: Ev

Name: Evripidis "Ev"
Age (18-25): 21
Gender: Nonbinary (they/them, though doesn't really care about pronouns tbh)
Who are their parents? Athena and Mnemosyne
Personality: Most people who first meet Ev have a hard time believing they're a child of Athena and Mnemosyne. Ev seems like they'd be at home carelessly skipping through fields and making clumsy flower crowns and writing silly nonsensical poetry, not strategizing or conducting warfare like other children of Athena. In fact, Ev makes a deliberate attempt to shatter stereotypes about children of the Goddess of Wisdom and the Goddess of Memory. They have a hobby of trying to see how dumb they can appear (hint: very dumb. walk-to-the-edge-of-tartarus-for-an-evening-stroll, pet-the-dragon, accidentally-insult-a-big-12-deity dumb). Right now, Ev seems to just be floating through life for funsies. Or possibly they've gone insane. Curious Fellow™️. Also possibly the unofficial undercooked pastry deity.
Appearance: Ev's hair is usually lazily tied back in a half-ponytail, or flowing free and unbrushed. They have dark hair that's pale purple at the tips, exactly matching their lavender eyes. Ev is shorter than average, at around 5'3". They typically dress in chitons or other comfortable clothing.
Gifts/Power: Intelligence. Can do mental math very quickly, but makes silly mistakes around ten percent of the time. Has a nearly-photographic memory.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
Strengths: Great at pretending to be dumb. Can use their intelligence when they want to.
Weaknesses: Their pretending might actually turn into reality. More likely to be lazy. Probably won't show their true powers unless a life-or-death situation forces them to (and even then, only if it registers that it's truly life-or-death).
Other: pan, probably. Has zero romantic experience

“Can a magician kill a man by magic?” Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. “I suppose a magician might,” he admitted, “but a gentleman never could.”
