Personality: Quiet and reserved, but always willing to help out. Eve is level-headed and calm in a crisis, which is certainly helpful in this situation.
Appearance: Average height, pale skin with lots of freckles across her nose and cheeks, long green hair, and pale pink eyes. Usually dressed in casual jeans and a plain t-shirt underneath a lab coat and accessorized with a medical mask.

Ability: Neon
Ability Strengths: Eve's best power is healing. She's developed that one the most, though she's experimented with what else she can do. She's starting to get the hang of yellow and purple (time dilation) but doesn't quite have it yet.
Ability Weaknesses: Simply finding sources of light to work with. She can't create her own light yet, so finding coloured light sources is imperative for her powers, and those are becoming rarer and rarer.

History: Ever since she was young, Eve wanted to be a doctor. She went through a little bit of a rebellious teenage phase (it involved a lot of graffiti, mostly; if she hadn't decided to be a doctor she might've been an artist) but she settled down and got married to her wife, Dana. While Eve was in school and Dana was working, they had their first child (a daughter, Katrina, who's 2 during the events of the rp). Eve's just finished up her Doctor of Medicine degree and is figuring out her next steps.
Where were you during Quarantine?: At home, vibing. She decided to allow herself a week off to celebrate graduating while Dana took Katrina to visit Dana's parents because they haven't met Kat yet. Eve and Dana didn't have time to go visit with Dana working multiple jobs to support Eve through school, and Eve doing school, so when Eve graduated, she encouraged Dana to take Kat to visit without her. It would be fine, Eve didn't need to go, Dana should take this time to bond with Kat in a way that she hadn't had time to since she was working so much.
What is your stance towards FEDRA?: Doesn't trust them. Does NOT trust them. She was on their side at first because quarantine is the logical action to take when something like this happens, but the whole 'martial law' thing doesn't really vibe.

Other: Eve uses glowsticks to power her abilities. She had a ton of them because Dana bought a ridiculous amount when Eve graduated, but she's having to ration them carefully now.
