Personality: Onyx is very friendly and loves to make conversation and meet new people. They always find a reason to smile, and their resting face is a bright smile. They only get angry or offended when someone makes a mean or unnecessary comment, reference, or is very rude. But they will only be mad at you for that period of time, and will be nice to you all other times unless you do another bad thing. They try to stay out of controversial topics and not talk about too serious topics if not necessary.
Appearance: They have short, floppy, light brown hair with the tips dyed bright yellow, and light tan skin and dark brown eyes with pink glasses. They are always wearing a kind smile and a light blue denim jacket.
Ability: Lightning
Ability Strengths: When concentrated, Onyx can control their lightning power well, and focus on using the power and not burn themself out most of the time.
Ability Weaknesses: Onyx can sometimes burn themself out if they are not concentrated enough on their power. They also sometimes get a jolt of energy when using their power every so often, which can distract them.
History: Onyx has lived their entire life in Atlanta. When Onyx was a kid, they were very smart and excelled at their studies, until their parents died when they were 15. After that, they had to try to take care of themself and also their brother, Leo, who was three years younger. That also meant they didn't get to school or college they had hoped since they couldn't afford it, but they still kept going and kept getting good grades. Leo and Onyx still had a happy life, up until Quarantine, when the two siblings were separated.
Where were you during Quarantine?: Onyx was doing some meticulous computer programming in their room while zapping a night light on and off with their powers in their apartment when Quarantine started. There was a loud bang on their door and they opened it with a smile but then they got pricked in the neck and dragged to the quarantine facility.
What is your stance towards FEDRA?: Onyx really doesn't like FEDRA since they kind of separated them from their brother, AKA the only family they have in the world near them. They wouldn't be physically aggressive against them if they could unless they did some other bad thing, but instead deliver a long and emotional monologue about how their life sucks because of them.
Other: They are really good at tech and computer programming.
