Personality: Eliot is a fairly calm, laid back person. Almost too calm for his own good. He'll put himself in danger as long as it helps one person, even if that person has hurt him. Eliot also has a more realist view on the world, and takes a more philosophical standpoint when talking about anything at all. She however on the odd occasion she isn't calm, will get worked up in an instant and lash out on anything or anyone. Additionally, if the opportunity is given, he'd much rather make his own clothing or accessories or clcrafts instead of buying them. if he's attached to someone, he'll be a big flirt but also really clingy.
Appearance: Eliot is on taller side, roughly 6 feet 2. He has lighter white skin and cold blue eyes. His build is on the bulkier side, and his hair is black and insanely long but is kept in a long braid. She's often wearing Coca-Cola bottle cap earrings (diy'd) and some fun clips in his braid. These clips include: stars, smileys, Coca-Cola pins and pencils (all of these, aside fr tthe pencils, are diy'd). Eliot is often wearing a crop top and some sort of hoodie around his waist, and a skirt. The shoes alternate between heels that match the hoodie, or Converse. Sometimes, there's a hairtie that's actually a friendship bracelet. The bracelet reads: "Xavier." It is made with pink and blue beads. There's also another one, made of blue and tan beads. it also has smiley face charms. It reads: "Eliot."

Ability: Ice!
Ability Strengths: Eliot loves using his powers to sculpt things. There isn't much else he does with it aside from sculpting. At one point, he did watch Frozen and did ice skating. Maybe that's why he's fine with being called Elsa. He does like ice sculpting after all.
Ability Weaknesses: What Eliot doesn't love is the cold. She gets cold easily, and Ice just makes it worse. Additionally, he loses control and gets too focused on ice. When too focused, he'll begin to zone out others and maybe freeze herself too (it definitely isn't on purpose. probably.) Also when focused on ice,. Oh well, at least it makes pretty sculptures!


History: Eliot's always dreamed of becoming a world famous artist. So when her family shunned him from their house for being gay- He saw it as a sign. He moved out of his small family home in Florida and found home in Atlanta. She's an only child. He's never actually *went* to school, aside from public school in Florida. He was in the process of actually finishing his portfolio when Quarantine struck. His works include sculpting, pottery and paintings. Not once but TWICE has she been rejected from college. He's been at it for quite a while anyway. He's worked at Starbucks and various bars, and has quite an interest in mixology and bartending. He's pretty proficient as a barista, given the right ingredients. Her house is just a big studio. all of it is covered in paintings, sculptures and silly drawings. He also has quite a few manniquens and a dedicated sewing room.
Where were you during Quarantine?: Eliot was just vibing in his studio, working on his newest painting. It was an abstract made of bright neons on the top and duller colors on the bottom, a pallet of pink, blue and tan. A large bang came from his door, and he went to the bathroom she decorated with fish and bubble drawings. After washing her hands, he opened the door and got yoinked over to the quarantine facility.
What is your stance towards FEDRA?: He doesn't really care about FEDRA. He knows that they're just trying to help contain the bunch until the powers are figured out but would much rather be able to live in his studio again. He is neutral about FEDRA's tactic.

Other: yes i named him elsa. He also can sing really well (especially Let It Go) best friends with eli londons, older brother of Xavier Londons (cross rp lore naw maybe just another universe. OR NOT?! idk but ye :3)
