Appearance:

Personality: Reshiram is condescending, cynical, and arrogant. Of course, this hasn't made finding friends easy for him. Most of his unpleasant traits come from a change in his worldview- basically, he's angry at the world. Most of his nasty bravado, however, comes from a place of vulnerability and loneliness.

Up for Romance: Sure- it might have to happen against his will

Backstory: Reshiram grew up in Ithaca, New York. He lived a mostly carefree childhood, had two close friends who grew up with him, and had dreams of joining the family blacksmith buisiness.

Everything changed for him when he was diagnosed with leukemia at age fifteen. Living his life from treatment to treatment, hospital to hospital, he had no choice but to put his education on hold. On a downward descent into depression, he distanced himself from his friends and did his best distancing himself from his family.

About fourteen months after his diagnostic, he went through a miraculous recovery, and was completely cancer-free in a matter of weeks. With his post-cancer transition, however, came several shocking discoveries.

One, his once-dark hair grew back a stark white. And two, he could lower temperatures- mainly in conjuring ice. At first, this came uncontrollably with emotional outbreaks, but eventually he was able to learn more control.

With a large secret to keep and an acquired distaste for social interaction, he opted out of going back to school, instead studying for and receiving his GED just after his seventeenth birthday.

With a decision to fulfill his childhood dream and work full-time for his parents, Reshiram was met with bitter disappointment. He found that he hated blacksmithery, if only for the way the high temperatures made him faint and queasy.

So, with a vague idea of a way to make profit, he moved to New York City and is currently selling his "ice services" for various odd jobs of both heroic and mundane classes. Surprisingly, the network he found himself hired though pays well, and he is so far able to keep up the cost of living in the city and maintain a low profile.

That, sir, is the most frightening battlefield in the world: the blank page.
