Appearance: Her style can be described casual yet functional; a hoodie, pair of jeans and sneakers are almost always present in her outfits. The hoodie is usually hanging open over a plain color t-shirt, and she sometimes has her hood up. Her dark brown hair matches this style. Only on the rarest of occasions is it hanging down and not up in a bun or ponytail of some sort. She frequently alternates between glasses and contacts, due to her overall poor eyesight. She is somewhat tall and has dark eyes.
Personality: Ash has a casual personality, though she can exchange it for a more serious one if the need arises. She's good with people in general. Cracking puns, referencing pop culture and giving pep talks are some of the ways people tend to open up to her. She knows the right thing to say in the moment.
When she was younger, her parents used to say her heart was too big for her body - she loved helping people out and would gladly give up her own belongings if it meant putting a smile on their faces. Out in the Pegasus Galaxy, that kindness towards others has manifested itself as a willingness to sacrifice herself if the need arises.
She also has a slight problem with authority. Unless someone has proved that they're a good leader, she'll do her own thing. It's part of the reason why she struggled in school, as she frequently got in trouble with her unworthy teachers.

Backstory: Ash grew up in a small family that consisted of her and her parents. They had struggled for years to have a child, and Ash was their miracle daughter. Even when she started having trouble at school and kept getting into fights with the bullies who tormented some of her peers, she was still an angel in their eyes. It was only when she never grew out of her problems with authority.
Unable to make friends with the classmates who saw her as a troublemaker, Ash buckled down on her schoolwork and started to experiment with online communities. She found a foothold in gaming ones and began to explore her abilities there. She had a knack for hand-eye coordination, a skill that would serve her well in the Pegasus Galaxy. Up until she arrived in Atlantis, she wanted to get her own apartment when she left school and become a professional gamer.
Other: Her first video game that she was really dedicated to was Minecraft.
