Rhyence Saffron

Return to Shattered Moons

Creator: ScarlettFire
Roleplay: Shattered Moons
Nickname: Rhys

Age: 17.

Gender: Male.

Symbol: Three fox tails in sage green on a bronze background.

Race: Faunus (Fox).

Theme: Bronze, sage green and white.

Appearance: Rhyence stands at about 5'9 and is of average build. He has pale reddish-bronze hair, reminiscent of fox fur, pale amber-gold eyes and is lightly tanned. Combined with his mostly white outfit with sage green and bronze accents and his fox ears, he makes for a striking figure.

Weapon: A viking-esque style sword that turns into a whip made of segregated metal called Will-O-Wisp, combined with a sheath that turns into a pistol. Rhyence is proficent in close-to-mid range combat. In fact, he prefers to get up close and personal.

Semblance: Rhyence's Semblance is Wisp. He can summon two shadows of himself anywhere where he has sight of. After a moment, or after any contact, they disperse in a cloud of red dust.

Personality: Rhyence comes across as extremely apathetic towards, well, everything. And he is pretty indifferent towards most things, but if someone sparks his protective instincts or his anger, they'll have a hell of a time trying to calm him down. Ginger, his little sister, is the only one that can actually make him see reason and stay calm (but he's sure there might be a few others who can do that, though he hasn't met them yet). He has an understanding of and a passion for animals, and one might see him petting the occasional cat/dog/other animal that cross his path. He doesn't like to see them hurt, and that'll definitely set him off like nothing else--threatening animals or his little sister/family. While he's not exactly good at talking to people, he'll watch someone's back if he finds them worthy. Rhyence also has trust issues, but there's sure to be someone who can work past that.

History: Rhyence was born in Kuo Kuana on Menagerie. He trained with his father for several years before heading straight for Beacon. He knows a few people who are with the White Fang, but has little interest in the organisation. Rhyence is more interested in becoming a Huntsman and protecting people -- and proving that not all Faunus are as horrible as people seem to think.

Up for love: He's Ace/panromantic and kinda indifferent, though if he finds someone interesting enough, he might make an exception. Also, gender is irrelevant.

I say Wolf, for all wolves are not of the same sort; there is one kind with an amenable disposition – neither noisy, nor hateful, nor angry, but tame, obliging and gentle, following the young maids in the streets, even into their homes. Alas! Who does not know that these gentle wolves are of all such creatures the most dangerous!
