This is scenes from my series about a neuron surgeon who after touring Iraq with her now deceased husband returns with more training in trauma to save the men she left behind, choosing to run from her life and young daughter to back to the field in order to deal with her grief. Amelia finds her first love; her husbands brother - still alive, and that humans are not the only thing to watch out for in the field.
