About AlmostImmortal

I started writing when I was five years old, making ridiculous stories with little plot and pure fantasy. Now, I'm still writing fantasy, just with a little more structure. I've learned tons of the way, how to write dialogue, how to outline, and how to stick with your story even when it's overwhelming. I came here for community and advice, and I hope to find what I'm looking for and perhaps a little more. Happy writing, everyone!

Interests

I am currently borderline obsessed with my WIP, The Revolutionaries, which is why I'm here. I love the Riodanverse, everything from Percy Jackson to Magnus Chase and everything in between. I adore Harry Potter but aspire to make J.K Rowling cry by making a book so queer; it challenges her. I'm a theatre kid as well, but I'm not too versed in older musicals.

It had a perfectly round door like a porthole, painted green, with a shiny yellow brass knob in the exact middle. The door opened on to a tube-shaped hall like a tunnel: a very comfortable tunnel without smoke, with panelled walls, and floors tiled and carpeted, provided with polished chairs, and lots and lots of pegs for hats and coats—the hobbit was fond of visitors. The tunnel wound on and on, going fairly but not quite straight into the side of the hill —The Hill, as all the people for many miles round called it—and many little round doors opened out of it, first on one side and then on another.
