Does he just watch? Does he just listen? We need him to stand that little bit closer.

They watch us and they carry us. But the memories still burn us.

We all have nightmares, but some of us get to wake up at the end of them.

Escaping can be as easy as having someone close to you, stroking your hair and reading you a book.

I wrote this as a tale for a Graphic Novel. I had to create a legend within this fantasy realm. Quite a few years ago now. Enjoy.
