When I wrote it there were spaces showing each stanza so I guess it must have reformatted itself when it published. I'm glad you liked it, thanks for the review ...

I did have some trouble with the reveal, I didn't want it to be like "here is my master plan, I was the murderer all along" but I wasn't sure ...

I thought I was changing tenses but I'm not sure what 'cuts' should be to keep the same tense. After his second appointment he decided he wouldn't be coming back ...
