Welcome to YWS, Kemstar! Here's a cake to help you feel welcomed:

You don't have anything in your "About" page, but I have some clubs to help you!--

Novel Writers-- If you write novels, join this club to tell everyone about it and to get advice about it!
Warriors of the Iron-- Go on quests to defeat dragons in combat! Right now, we just hang out at the tavern, but there are sure to be dragons soon!
Earth Lovers-- Pretty much the name.
Reading Club-- If you like to read, fanboy/fangirl about it here!
    Problem Club-- Rant about problems.
LGBTQ+ Pride-- Hopefully you support LGBTQ+...
Depression-- For depressed people. Judging by your name you wanted to kill yourself or something but you decided not to. This is a fairly new club, so there's not much on it.
Character Profiles-- Post character profiles here!
We Need Reviews!-- Here's to reviews!

Nice to see you, Kemstar, and if you have any questions you can ask me over PM! Hope to see you around!

    Your colleague--

    Kara R. Stevens.

((I give this message to all new users I meet))

Hi and welcome to YWS! I'm Mage! If you ever have any questions, feel free to come to me! ☆

Here's some helpful parts of YWS that can help you understand how things work on the site:

    Welcome Mat
    Knowledge Base - YWS
    FAQ For New Users
    YWS Critique Sandwich

If I can't answer your questions, or I'm not on when you have one, you can always ask the users whose names are in green (moderators) or red (administrators). Other users would be happy to help as well! ☆

What type of things do you like to write? I write fantasy novels that are sometimes also mysteries, and enjoy writing realistic fiction short stories.

Also, since this is always a fun question to ask, what is your favorite book or book series?

Monster is a relative term. To a canary, a cat is a monster. We're just used to being the cat.
