Rhyming dictionaries often include half rhymes, and if you're conscious of rhyming then you end up bending your lines around to get to the right word at the end, which is not the point. Read your poetry aloud. Choose words that sound good when you say them. Control word flow with your choices, something with sharp consonants 't's, 'c's, 'd's has a quicker pulse to something with longer vowels and softer consonants. That way they evolve more naturally. (I am a massive hypocrit with all technical things, but it works)

Thinking I should probably invest in a rhyming dictionary.....
