Im another new kid.
I've only got one thing up right now, its a poem called War.
more stuff is sure to follow though.
i like most genres of fiction, the only fiction i actively dislike would be books for young children, or romance/erotic novels.
I'm planning to write some kind of story soon, but at the moment i'm just stretching my linguistic muscles really.
If anyone is interested in my stuff, heres a link to my War poem:

Welcome to YWS!

We're a friendly bunch so I'm sure you'll fit in just fine ^_^.

I'm also not much of a fan of romance novels. They bore me, and generally seem oddly unrealistic. Unless, of course, we are talking about romantic fiction, which is awesome! Emily Bronte might be one of my favourites ;D

Any favorite novelists?

If you need anything, feel free to PM me. I'll be there in a jiffy!

Hello and welcome!

You've certainly found the right place to flex your literary muscles. YWS has a reviewer for every genre, so you'll get feedback no matter where you post. And I see you've already started reviewing, which is awesome! If you want any tips on writing or reviewing, feel free to ask me. ^_^

Hope to see you around the site!

Reviews? You know you want one. :)

Hi, Dave. I always kind of rejoice when a guy joins, so... hallelujah! Now that that's over with. You can keep your very own blog at YWS; see the 'Blogs' tab in the menu? Hover and click "My Blog" to get started.

We also do storybooks- which are stories many people contribute to. It might be good practice.
