Hello, i am simply a person who wants to put their ideas and paper and nothing more. However, for the benefit of my English grade i thought it would be a good idea to get advice from people who like writing stories such as myself. Other then that, i do not have much more to say :|

Hi!

Welcome to YWS! What type of stuff do you like to write? Poetry? Short stories? The famous 'Other'?

I am nothing
but a mouthful of 'sorry's, half-hearted
apologies that roll of my tongue, smoothquick, like 'r's
or maybe like pocket candy
that's just a bit too sweet.

Thanks for the warm welcome, knew i forgot something in my haste -_-

I prefer to write relatively long stories that i can add new chapters whenever i finish them, thanks to the sparse timing of exams at my school. (Just for clarification, is that allowed on this site?)

Genre-wise, I like to write fantasy stories as I love being able to be as creative as you want with fewer limits compared to those that come with modern city settings.

Hey there, Mongerero. Welcome to YWS! I really do hope you enjoy the site here. If it's advice and wisdom you seek, you have come to the right place. If you have come to have fun mingling with other writers and to enjoy every other lovely aspect YWS has to offer, than you have also come to the right place.

There is a lot to do here to build yourself up as a writer, so feel free to dive in face first. x) I did. And now I'm a pretty active user. If you ever have any questions or review requests, feel free to ask me via wall comment or PM(private message). I'll be quick to get back to you and help you out the best way I can.

Also, you're awesome for spelling "newbie" correctly. A lot of times in the welcome mat I see people spell it as "noob". --Such terrible spelling. :smt003 ..But anyway, have fun with the site, Mongerero. (You wouldn't happen to have a nickname by any chance?) Enjoy YWS!

Absolutely that's allowed! You'll see various chapters all over the place. In fact, there's a little button at the top of the novel that show a list of chapters when you click it. If you set it up. Which, you know, is kind of awesome. Like the rest of YWS.

Hope you enjoy it here! Any questions, I'm here. :3

Yup, you can definitely add chapters as you wish!

Welcome to YWS! I know that I just like to write for fun... nothing serious... so you definitely don't have to be an expert in any sense of the word to enjoy yourself here! :) Of course, we do have some serious folks, so no worries! You'll definitely get tons of support here, no matter what.

If you need any help, feel free to bug me! :D

I guess simply "spoon" is adequate 8)

Thanks for the warm welcome and confirmation on the chapters question, I seem to have been very lucky to find this site.

I would call you Spoon but you just said you'd like to be.
Spoon was cool 'till it went mainstream.
I am not a hipster.
I'm going to call you Spork! Oh wait there's that other Spork...
Maybe I'll call you Spoon anyway...
I think I'll call you Dave.

I see you've already encountered some of the women at YWS. (That was a joke.)

Anyway, if you want to be friends, merely shoot me a PM. They're free.
