Noob

Hello people of the world, or people of the young writers society my name is cooljm67 (not my actual name but just in case if you wanted to friend me, even though I have like nothing right now...I'll just stop talking). Uh as you can tell I'm a noob to this site (by the way I have my own written vocabulary which consists of shmeep, meep, noob, a bunch of others that I can't exactly name at the top of my head right now, but if you knew me well you'd understand what each one means in my language) so if you have any suggestions on how I should start off, please tell me because I'm not exactly the best writer in town, when I get a writing idea it starts out good then in the middle it becomes really random and then the end of my story doesn't relate to the beginning at all. So yea, I really hope no one reads this because I'm probably just embarrassing myself right now, but oh well . Alright I think I'm going to go now, I just turned to this site because my friend has an account on it and it seemed interesting to me, I'm probably most likely going to be writing about random things rather than stories. There's nothing really exciting about me, I like to draw, I like books, I'm reading one now called An Invisible Sign of My Own by Aimee Bender, it's pretty interesting, haven't really gotten to any exciting parts yet but I like how different it is compared to other books I've read. My favorite band right now currently is Flyleaf and Evanescence. I also like many other rock bands like Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin. I like the color red and my favorite food is anything Chinese. That's pretty much all you have to know about me, thanks for taking 30 seconds out of your life reading this, I really appreciate it!

And might I start off with, if you like writing and drawing whether or not you think you're good at it, this is definitely the site for you.

Its a pretty hospitable place, I find, and if you get used to being apart of the people (which really isn't hard at all ), you'll realize that we're all here to help in any way we can! So don't worry too much about the whole 'noob' thing specifically because I don't think any of us really think of that as a bad quality. It means you're starting and thats pretty cool!

I'm just kidding. Welcome to YWS, Cool! My name (as well as username) is Micki! I've only been here for around two months so I'm somewhat of a noob, myself. I hope you like it here! I love YWS. Everyone here is so nice and very welcoming. I've met so many awesomesauce people on here and I'm sure you will too.

Don't worry about the weirdness, by the way. I've got my own vocab dictionary as well. Some of these words include fouron (four times the moron! ;D) and supermegafoxyawesomehot, although the latter isn't my own invention. Ever heard of A Very Potter Musical? Yeah, that's where I got it ;P (AVPM is way totally awesomesauce, like, legit)

Here it don't matter if you're not the best :3 as long as you're enthusiastic and prepared for critiques then you'll be fine! You'll definitely learn a lot here, ther reviews are very well written and give pointers and suggestions. In fact, before I came to this site, I had absolutely no idea that I tended to write a lot of run-on sentences XD

Hi there! As you've probably noticed, we're a really unfriendly bunch on this site. We don't like helping each other out, and we're not friends or anything like that. We love eating noobs, too, so watch out. (Plus, none of us are ever sarcastic. Especially not me.)

I know what you mean about the writing thing--generally my original ideas have very little/nothing at all to do with the final product. I'll sit down thinking I'm going to write one thing, and after two sentences it'll turn into something else entirely.

Anyhow. Do you really live in Massachusetts? :O So do I! *high five* I'm not sure I've met another Bay Stater on here, other than people I know in real life. Lovely rainy weather we've been having lately, eh? Nice and cold and dreary. -.-
