Hello, privet!

Hi there! I'm HiddenStars, and you can either call me that or Jayjee, or Renee. I go by an assortment of names, really. I respond to most everything. I'm 13, itching toward 14 slowly, and am in the 7th grade. I write obsessively for the most part, and have been writing and roleplaying for a very long time, and definitely write more prose than poetry. Uhh, I'm really awkward, especially with introductions. But I'm that awkward person that loves breaking stereotypes. Like I'm a cheerleader, but I'm in a math class two years ahead of the average 7th grader. And I'm teaching myself Russian, which you might guess from the title if you speak it. But yeah, that's it other than I'm very excited to see such a large site with writers.

Welcome to YWS(: I'm peanut or Sarah whichever you prefer! Wow..you sound like a very ambitious person and a very intelligent one. I can barely do Geometry and I'm almost a Sophomore in high school. Russian, huh? I'd love to learn Russian or German. I've never really been able to figure out why though, it's not like I know any Russians or Germans I can talk to. Although there are a few members on here who speak Russian. So if you ever need help with the language just ask around I'm sure some one will be glad to help.

Welcome to the site! I'm glad to see you're already pretty impressed with us. YWS really is pretty awesome stuff. But I think if you wander around long enough, you'll come to realize this on your own. Everyone here is really friendly and willing to help out should you need any sort of help. We're all here to build each other up as writers.

I think we've got a lot of people from Texas here.
I'm also more of a prose gal. What genres do you usually write? Are you working on any novels?
As has been said before, everyone on the site is extremely friendly and helpful. The information desk is a great place to get started, or you can just shoot any of us a PM if you have questions.
Just a couple quick rules: keep chat speak to a minimum (although I get the feeling that you wouldn't use it anyway) and make sure you keep a 2:1 ratio of reviews to your own posted work.
If you have any questions, need a review, or just feel like chattin', don't hesitate to send a PM my way.

You'll definitely love it here. Everyone's either super-helpful or really encouraging, and I can guarantee (I always spell that word wrong at first!) that if you listen to your reviewer, you'll definitely improve.

Most writers I know hate math....wait. My best friend likes chemistry. Sort of. She changed her major to writing.
