Hey, not really sure what to say. I've wanted to be a published author since I was 7. I’m hoping my latest attempt at a novel will be literary agent quality, although if it's not I just hope that someone can enjoy it.
I usually give our in-depth reviews on other sites so I hope to do that here although not sure where to start. If anyone wants to start me off just let me know.
Anything I should really know about the site? I'm feeling lost but not sure why.

Nice to see someone who's looking forward to reviewing--I'd suggest just looking at the 'Items with 0/1 Comments' tabs that can be found in the 'Recent Additions' tab in the drop down menu for 'Discover Works' for a place to get started, and you could also create a thread in the Will Review For Food board. Otherwise just lurk about and check out what catches your eye, that works too :P
Anything you should know about the site? Er. We don't bite, we're a bit crazy at times, we can be pretty random... I'd say one of the best things to do if you want to get to know people a bit is to come say hi in the Chat. It may be a bit dead at times, or you may stumble in the middle of zombie conversations... but living dangerously's where it's at, right?
Srs bsns done. Now, for the traditional peppering of questions: what sort of genre do you write? What's your favorite book? Poetry is awesome, yes/no? Cats or dogs (or both)? Am I rambling too much? Will Tom ever catch Jerry? Find out in the next ep--whoops, sorry.
(if you're lost, there's this nifty site map that's just there to be abused.)
Anyway. Have fun, get crazy and ramble/pontificate/blab/review/write/etc at will, we're all writers here, we'll be right along with you. Hope you're here to stay :P
Lumi: they stand no chance against the JAG SAFETY BLANKET
I'm a fantasy / dystopian with a hint of romance type of writer. Bit of thriller and sci-fi seem to be seeping through, but I enjoy reading anything good, kite runner to hunger games. Poetry is smarter than me, erm cats. And Tom needs to give up smoking before he can catch Jerry =] Not too many

Heya! Wow, this is weird. Now I'll never know who anyone's talking to when they say Dreamy. Well, you can just call me Tori. Dandy, eh?
Welcome to the site!Oh, if you're looking for a good sci-fi/distopian book, read The Giver by Louis Lowry. If you liked the hunger games you might like The Road. Or, of course, Lord of the Flies.
Feel free to drop me or a mod (green people) a PM if you have any questions and stuff.
hey banana, its Psudiname here, and welcome to YWS, which is probably the last writing web site in the world that is still active. if you're looking for a new story to read, i would be flattered if you would check out mine, "the way of the jungle". also if you ever need a review just PM me. --- your friend Psudiname
if anyone wants a review, post on my profile and I'll get to it in a couple days.
Ack! Dystopian novels! Love! Love! Love! If you're writing one, I might have to check it out, if only because I love that sort of stuff.
And, eek! You're lost?! YWS can be a huuuuuuuuumongous site at first! Kind of intimidating, in fact. But if you need anything done, you can always bug me or anybody else with a green name! We're moderators... basically, we help run the site and everything. So, if you accidentally do a mistake (hey, it can happen!) or you are not sure what to do, feel free to contact me or any of the others and we'll definitely come to the rescue!
