Introduction to Me

For every story there is a beginning and on this site here's mine. So that's why I have this intro to mark the occasion . I know this site is pretty big and this message might not be read by all , so this is for whoever it may consider. I'll start this off with a greeting cause that is how I was raised to greet those I talk to. So Hi I'm eyesxsewnxopen ! Like many of you I enjoy writing and reading. I also enjoy characters now when I said this it does not only apply to fictional characters it apply to the real and fake. I want to one day become a novelist like most of my favorite authors and authoresses. I want to become a fictional writer because I have always been amazing with their talent of bringing one of their ideas and turning it into a real-life experience . Aw man I'm kinda mushy here. Well I have been writing for 9 years and only got one piece of work published . It was a small review article on a children's book. Not much but a start's a start , right ? Time is kinda chewing on my leg I have stop and get off since I do not have my own computer. I hope you got little glimpse of what's coming ahead and who I am. Bye-bee!

And yes, a start is a start! You're on your own road to greatness, I imagine!

That's so awesome that you've been published already! Also, I agree with Snoink, we're all characters. Especially here. (For some reason that makes me think of the Cheshire cat when he says, "We're all mad here.")

So who are your favorite authors/authoresses? Do you ever write poetry? How about your favorite color? What's your opinion of chocolate cake?

Anyway, I hope you love YWS! It's such a great place.

I'm Glimmerglass, or Glim. This is a great site to improve. I know I have! Reviewing skills, such as you mentioned, are definitely helpful here.

Also, there are many cool features on this site. Groups are super fun to join, as are pages. Do you write prose or poetry? Prefer fantasy or sci-fi? Coffee or tea?

Just what I'm looking for, a character creator!

Hey Eyes sewn open, would you like to join a new storybook that our very own Griffinkeeper has just created? Part of the challenge is creating a story with not only a variety of writers, but with completely outside-of-the-box characters, and it is promising to be great fun! -Just to make you feel better I haven't been published once.
-If you like characters, you should check out storybooks they are pretty fun and they help you make good ones. I also have a fascination with the well made character. For my stories I often base my characters off people I know. Taking different quirks, skills, and strong points to make a completely different person.
